DVDE SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Standard Shipping: $8
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: $15
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processing.
FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more. Eligibility will be displayed automatically during checkout.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for eligible addresses located within 10 miles of our Miami fulfillment location. Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered during checkout.
Local-delivery orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after processing. We may contact you using the phone number or email provided at checkout to coordinate delivery. Please include accurate delivery instructions.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside DVDE’s control may affect delivery times.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact DVDE as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact DVDE within five business days, and we will assist with investigating the shipment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact DVDE within five days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work to correct the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DVDE currently ships within the United States only.
